Exceptionally clean venue with exceptionally nice and decent location in a quiet neighborhood. Well-equipped and immaculately clean rooms, really good stay on a business trip in a different country visiting for the fırst time!

The room is spotlessly clean and airy and has a lovely bathroom. Will come back, thoroughly enjoyed its location.

The location in a nice quiet area was peaceful and handy. There were a bakery and a local supermarket nearby. - the queen studio we stayed in was exceptionally clean and airy with a balcony.

The cleanliness of our apartment is fair. A sofa in living room stinks. dirty marks and dust are visible on the doors and window frames.
Perhaps in a hotel room shouldn`t furnished with such hard-cleaning sofa.

The staff is very frendly and the room have everything that you need. Free parking and wireless.
The location is not the best but you walk about 15 min to reach the centre.

Cozy bed in the room, also a desk where you can get some work done 🖥️. They've got coffee and tea-making stuff, and a TV with all sorts of channels. the spot is quiet and super-convenient - just a 5-minute stroll from the bus stop.

Clean room with very modern facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Easy to access bus to town. Jasmine and orange blossoms in the compound created nice fragrant ambience.
A microwave and a chopping board in the kitchenette would have been nice.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, about 20 minutes brisk walk from the beach, but we didn't mind that. It was clean and comfortable and furniture was good. Free private parking was very useful. There are grocery stores 5-10 mins away. Would definitely go back.
Can not find anything major really. It is a small hotel, so there is no breakfast, but you can make your own. If you come from another country you should definitely try the french bakeries( boulangerie pattiserie), everything is perfect for breakfast there.

The room was airy and perfect, with an electronic key card and coffee/tea makers. the location is nice, just off the best restaurants, bars, and many areas in Cannes. - There is a great selection of food options within walking distance of the venue.

Our family of four (two adults, two young children) liked: the very helpful Jon (who spoke English well); the location - not too far off the main road; free parking outside the hotel; clean freshly painted rooms; fully equipped kitchenette with everything you could want including dishwashing liquid; free wireless wifi; small balcony; comfortable bedding; lovely hot shower; Would recommend this hotel to others - we're quite fussy and this hotel didn't disappoint.

The perfect location, away from the city centre but just a short bus ride to the beach areas. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The self catering is a big plus for holiday travelers like us.

Quiet loaction, you would really need a car to reach this place. The furnishings are all in good condition, electric kettle & bread toaster & 2 hot plates. Basic functional kitchen for quick cooking. it rained often during our stay in cannes, the room was comfortable enough for us to hang around, playing games/watching TV.
No microwave/dishwaher/oven. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. the pull out sofa bed was really tiny, so only suitable for children less than 100cm.
